Our Story
Founded by people who couldn't find what they were looking for.
ESTATEX started as a private list of houses our founders kept returning to — not because they were the most expensive, but because they were the most considered. Every wall, window, and material choice was made on purpose.
What began as a shared document between friends became a practice: represent fewer homes, know each one in person, and write about them the way an architecture critic would, not the way a listing agent does.
What We Believe
Architecture First
We represent properties for their design as much as their address. If a house doesn't have a point of view, it doesn't make the collection.
Fewer, Better Listings
We would rather represent twelve exceptional homes than a hundred ordinary ones. Every property is chosen personally by our advisory team.
